About Garden Island Dance Academy
Garden Island Dance Academy, founded by Jennifer Schwartz — a Royal Ballet School graduate who performed Swan Lake at the Royal Opera House at age 13 — is Kaua’i’s premier performing arts school. In partnership with the Performing Arts For All (PAFA) initiative, the Academy brings world-class dance education to every child on the island, regardless of background or ability.
Tonight’s show, Every Dancer Is A Star, celebrates the dedication, artistry, and joy of every young performer who has trained this season. From first-time Twinkle Fairies to seasoned Regal soloists, every dancer on this stage has earned their moment in the spotlight.
